Prinsco continues its expansion in the Pacific Northwest, creating an opportunity for an ambitious and results driven Regional Civil Engineer in the Pacific NW. We offer a competitive base plus commission compensation package in the range of $100-150K. This exciting opportunity includes the following duties:

• Help drive the sales plan for product portfolio growth associated with the engineered market for storm water projects.
• Work with key engineering firms to get Prinsco approved in specifications for storm water products in the region to meet robust sales goals based upon projected closure rates.
• Add value to the Prinsco brand by enhancing the sales proposition within the commercial construction market through project specifications, value engineering, agency approvals and project management.

Cultural Expectations:
• Support the local sales plan developed by the sales managers for product portfolio growth associated with the engineered market for storm water projects.

• Build and maintain open, honest working relationships with others, to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering with a minimum of two years of civil engineering or technical sales preferred.
• Professional engineering (PE) licensure preferred or in process.
• Proven closing abilities with the ability to work in a high-pressure, constantly-changing environment.
• Valid driver’s license with the flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
