Entry-Level Technical Sales Support Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Be a Problem-Solver: Provide sales representatives, customers, engineers, and other water professionals with technical assistance on applications of Prinsco water management products in a variety of markets such as agricultural drainage, stormwater retention/detention, onsite septic wastewater treatment, and others.
• Innovate & Improve: Support new product development and process improvements within our manufacturing facilities, gaining exposure to R&D and production techniques.
• Bring Designs to Life: Create detention system layout drawings to help customers and sales teams develop winning bids while simultaneously sharpening your CAD and design abilities. Show your creativity by finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Develop Your Skills: A variety of projects allows you to have a mix of hands-on projects, technical data analysis, customer support, development of new analysis tools, and product design. Improve both your technical skills like CAD, Project Management, or FEA and soft skills like effective communication and working with others.

We require the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Agriculture & Biosystems Engineering, or related engineering major.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with MS Office products and AutoCAD experience.
• The flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time with a valid driver's license.
