Prinsco has an exciting opportunity for results driven Production Supervisors in our Chatsworth location on 2ND shift. In addition, we offer a 401k that is matched up to 5% deferred and 100% vested immediately upon participation. This position starts pays between $65,000- $80,000 depending on experience.

This exciting opportunity includes the following duties:

• Supervise production team members and projects
• Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to develop our team to its fullest potential.
• Be a safety role model and exercise strong leadership to focus plant efforts on priorities & continuous improvements in the manufacturing process.
• Assist/supervise changeovers & machine operating

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma required with a minimum of two years of production experience required. 2 year degree and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth experience with quality processes, inventory management & continuous improvement methodologies.
• Highly organized/detail-oriented with strong influencing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
